Connie Hussung

Connie S. (Miller) Hussung, age 63, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 15, 2025, at St. Elizabeth Dearborn County Hospital.

She was born on November 7, 1961, to the late Nancy (Miller) and Clifford Jones. Connie married the love of her life David Hussung on June 12th 1982, they were married for 37 years.

Connie will be deeply missed by her stepdaughter Lisa (Jeff) Rybolt; grandchildren Benjamin and Libby Rybolt; and great-grandchildren Blaise and Anita Rybolt. She is also survived by her sisters Angela Jones, Lisa Goff, Terry (Lonnie) Hickey and Rita Jones; her brother Brian Jones, cousins Brenda Kirchenbauer, Kevin (Maria) Woodruff and Chris Woodruff; as well as many nieces, nephews and great-nephews, and one uncle.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her Husband and her brother, David Jones.

Connie had a great love for her fur babies-Boo, Precious, Mazzie, and dog Diamond. She was a proud member of several community organizations, including the Eagles, Grandmothers Club, American Veterans Auxiliary, and the VFW Auxiliary.

Connie enjoyed traveling, playing bingo, and spending time with her beloved cats and dog.

Visitation will be held at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana, on Monday, September 22, 2025, from 1:00 pm until the time of the funeral service at 3:00 PM.

Connie will be laid to rest at Rising Sun cemetery following the funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children or the Aurora Life Squad.
