Connie Sue Marsh, 81, of Hopkinsville, KY died at 12:23 p.m. Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at Bradford Heights Nursing & Rehab Center.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, December 22, 2025 at Second Baptist Church with Rev. David Tucker officiating. Burial will follow in Green Hill Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. Hughart, Beard & Giles Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

A native of Christian County, KY she was born March 6, 1944 the daughter of the late George Edward Swatzell and Esther Lee Malone Swatzell. Connie was retired from the USDA. She was an active member of Second Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband: Adrian Mason; her second husband: Bill Roberts; and a brother: Gary Swatzell.

Survivors include her husband: Danny Marsh; her sons: Derick Mason of Hopkinsville, KY, Chase Marsh of McGuire Air Force Base, NJ and Chance Marsh of Fort Campbell, KY; her step sons: Tris Marsh of Nashville, TN, Ben (Lynn) Marsh of Lexington, KY, and Jason Marsh of Nashville, TN; her brothers: Rodger Swatzell of Henderson, KY and Dana (Janice) Swatzell of Cerulean, KY; her sisters: Linda Rider of Hopkinsville, KY and Judy Chapman of Herndon, KY; her grandchildren: Haylee (Alvin) Powell, Layton Mason, and Madelynn Mason; her step grandchildren: Kristen Sullivan and Clay Marsh; her great grandchildren: Chloe Grace, Zoey Grace and Lelynd Grace; and her step great granddaughter: Vallerie Marsh.

Memorial contributions are suggested to the Second Baptist Church Building Fund or the Alzheimer's Association.
