Connie Christopher Patrick, Jr., was born on November30, 1955, Humboldt, TN to the late Connie and Dorothy Patrick. Connie gained his wings on July 31, 2025. Connie accepted Christ at an early age at Morning Star Baptist Church and after moving to Texas, he attended the Church Without Walls. Connie attended Humboldt Public School System and was a graduate of Humboldt High School class of 1973. He furthered his education at Lane College in Jackson, TN where he pledged Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. Connie received his bachelor's degree from Lane College and later received his master's degree from the University of Houston. While attending Lane College, Connie met the love of his life (Betty), whom he married in 1975. They moved to Texas and later had a beautiful bouncing boy. They named him Jonathan Christopher. Connie was employed at Be havioral Hospital of Bellaire where he was a psychologist, and he remained there until retirement. A soft-spoken spirit who cared about family and enjoyed every opportunity that was given. He was preceded in death by his parents, Connie Sr. and Dorothy Patrick, his grandparents, great-grandparents, and brother-in-law, Kenneth Smith.
He leaves to cherish his memory, loving wife, Betty Pat rick; beloved son, Jonathan (Catrina) Patrick; four grandchildren: Jonathan Jr., Jaden, Joshua, and Jhane Patrick all of Houston, TX. Also, to cherish his memory are five sisters: Kathleen Smith, Rose (Ted) Isabell, Sherry Patrick, Doris Carter all of Humboldt, TN, and Lula Patrick of Springhill, TN; two brothers: Jerry Patrick of Jackson, TN and Jessie (Barbara) Patrick of Louisville, KY. A host of nieces and nephews, cousin, other relatives, and friends who will miss him dearly.
