Funeral services for Mrs. Shirley Berry will be held at 1 P.M. on Wednesday, September 17, 2025 in the chapel of Replogle-Lawrence Funeral Home with Mr. Wade Cash officiating. Burial will follow at Eldad Church Cemetery near Trenton. Visitation with the family will be held from 11 A.M. till service time.
Mrs. Berry, age 74, passed away on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital.
Shirley was born in Nashville, TN to the late Ronnie and Jo Ann Welch McMullins. She graduated from Humboldt High School “Class of 69”. Most notable among her work was being a heavy equipment operator for Delta Construction which she greatly enjoyed. She also enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of her family.
Besides her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Roy “Butch” Berry; daughter, Tania Heptig; brothers, Gary “Bird” Walters and Nicky Walters.
She is survived by her daughter, Stacey Kaltenborn; brother, Bruce Walters; sisters, Shelia Inman and Michelle Fermi; grandchildren, Mary Dunn, Aaliyah Brown, Taylor Norton, Alyssa Sibal; great grandchildren, Hayden Norton, Quinton Sibal; many nieces nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Pallbearers to serve are: John Jones, Hunter Barker, Tyler Butler, Taylor Norton, Aaliyah Brown, Dalton Walters.
