Roberts is preceded in death by her parents Thomas Gene Turner and Tomiko Fukuda Turner, her spouse; Ricky Dale Roberts Sr. Survivors include her children; Thomas Turner (Ja'Vana) Jones, Ricky Dale Roberts Jr. and Russell Dean Roberts. Grandchildren/great-grandchildren; Sarenity Hudson, Xander Hudson, Ryan Roberts, Devin Pitts, Samantha Pitts, Maddy Walker, Haley Walker, Lee Lee Abercrombie Austin Schultz. Along with her sister Ginger Turner Spansel.
Connie enjoyed praising the Lord, raising her chickens, and cooking for the community. She graduated first in her class for her LPN and later on went back to school to get her RN license. She was employed at Forrest General Hospital, and Singing River Hospital System. She also worked at Pizza Hut. A devoted servant of God and a compassionate healer, she lived a life of faith, love, and selfless care. Nurses are born, not made and she was truly called to serve. Though her earthly shift has ended, her legacy of kindness ad devotion lives on. Well done good and faithful servant- may she rest in the arms of the Lord.
