Connie Robison Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Agape Funeral Chapel & Crematory - Lubbock from Jan. 2 to Jan. 13, 2026.
Connie Robison Obituary Connie Louise Robison, 73, of Lubbock, Texas, went to be with her Lord on December 31, 2025. She was born on November 7, 1952, in Olton, Texas, to SW and Bettie Keeton.
Connie attended school in many places throughout her childhood, ultimately graduating from high school in Perry, Oklahoma. She married Rob Robison later that same year, beginning a life devoted to faith, family, and service.
Connie loved the Lord above all else and served Him faithfully throughout her life. Second to the Lord, she loved her husband and family with an unmatched heart of service and care. Through many moves over the years, she was involved in numerous ministries and jobs, always willing to step in, work hard, and serve wherever she was needed. Once grandchildren entered the picture, Nana became her favorite job of all time. Above all, Connie desired that the saving love of Jesus Christ be shared and clearly seen through her life. Knowing her children love the Lord was one of her greatest comforts.
A gifted florist with a keen artistic eye, Connie found beauty in all things. She created art from flowers and plants, beads and wire, fabric and lace. Her creativity reflected the way she viewed the world, through a lens of beauty and grace. She passed that love on to several of her grandchildren in very unique ways.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, SW and Bettie Keeton, and her sisters, Debra Keeton and Karen Keeton.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Rob Robison; her daughters, Mary Gilliland and husband Micheal, Bonnie Cole and husband Billy; her grandchildren, Kade Johnson and wife Trasey; Mason Gilliland and wife Emma, Morgan Gilliland, Molly Gilliland, Sadie Cole, Colten Cole, and Clarria Cole; and great-grandchildren Dawsyn Johnson, Devyn Johnson and one expected in March to Mason and Emma Gilliland; brother Robert Keeton and wife Cindy.
Connie's life was a testimony of faith, love, and service, and she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
A Memorial Service is planned for January 7th, 2026 at 10am at The Message Church, 5502 Auburn St, Lubbock TX. This will be a time of celebration and all are welcome. The service will also be live streamed via The Message Church's Facebook page and YouTube page.
