Cono A. Petrizzo

CONO A. PETRIZZO, 85, of Jackson Twp., NJ, passed away on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at home. He was born in Staten Island, NY and resided in Jackson Twp for 20 years.
Cono received his Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Cooper Union College, New York, NY.
He was employed as an electrical engineer for the Washington Group and predecessor companies, Princeton, NJ, and the World Trade Center in NYC for 45 years prior to his retirement.
Cono was predeceased by his parents, Matthew and Catherine Petrizzo; his brother, Matthew Petrizzo, Jr.; and by his wife, Carolyn Petrizzo in 2005. He is survived by his sons, Matthew Petrizzo and his wife, Crystal, Charles Petrizzo and his wife, Sandra, and Cono Petrizzo Jr. and his wife, Beatrice; his grandchildren, Nicholas Petrizzo, Raquel Coffman, Melissa Yandow, Michael Petrizzo, Kristin Stillman, Cono Petrizzo III and Victor Petrizzo; and by his great grandchildren, Jace Coffman and Felix Stillman.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend his visitation from 4-8 PM on Thursday, August 15, 2024, at the GEORGE S. HASSLER FUNERAL HOME, 980 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson, NJ. A funeral gathering will be offered at 9 AM on Friday, August 16, 2024, at the funeral home. His Funeral Liturgy will follow at 10 AM at St. Aloysius Roman Catholic Church, 935 Bennetts Mills Rd., Jackson, NJ. Entombment will follow in Marlboro Memorial Cemetery & Mausoleum, 361 Highway 79, Morganville, NJ.
