Constance (Almeida) Figueiredo, 90, of New Bedford passed away Tuesday December 16, 2025 after a brief illness.
Born in New Bedford, the daughter of the late Adrian and Mary (Rodrigues) Almeida, she lived in New Bedford all of her life.
Constance enjoyed dancing and listening to Cape Verdean music at the Verdean Vets hall.
She is survived by her children, Adrian A. Figueiredo and Debra M. Figueiredo; grandchildren, Tai DaSilva, Egypp A. Figueiredo-Jackson, DéReece A. Figueiredo-Jackson, and Kara Caldwell; three great-grandchildren, Jaidyn DaSilva, Kamory DaSilva, and Ashai Montanez-Jackson; her sister, Dorothy Lopes; and nieces and nephews.
She was the sister of the late Julia Brito, Pedro Almeida, Adrian Almeida, Armando Almeida, and John Almeida.
Her visitation will be held on Monday December 29th from 4-7 PM at the Saunders-Dwyer Home for Funerals, 495 Park St., New Bedford, with a funeral service beginning at 5 PM.
