Corinda Cardinali, a beloved mother, grandmother, cousin, and friend, passed away on September 13, 2025. She was born on April 2, 1947, in Brooklyn, New York, and brought immense love and joy into the lives of those around her with her positive energy and compassionate spirit.
Corinda was known for her living her life on her terms, with integrity and determination. She was treasured by all who knew her. She left a lasting impression to all that were fortunate to know her.
As a devoted mother, Corinda was a true role model. She worked tirelessly, commuting to Manhattan for many years, teaching her children the values of dedication, perseverance, and integrity through her example. She encouraged them to be kind, and to never give up. As a grandmother, she shared her boundless love with her granddaughters, Gianna, Giulia, Mia and Aria, creating memories they will cherish forever.
She is survived by her daughter, Heather Hosek, her son-in-law, Michael Hosek, and her son, Anthony Tisi, along with her daughter-in-law, Francisa Tisi. The family she built will forever honor her memory and the profound impact she had on their lives.
A memorial service will be held on September 19, 2025, at the Deer Park – Mangano Family Funeral Home, located at 1701 Deer Park Avenue, Deer Park, NY.
Session 1: 2:00-4:30
Session 2: 7::00-9:00
A Mass will also take place on September 20, 2025, at Saints Cyril & Methodius R.C. Church, at 11:15 AM.
Corinda Cardinali will be loved and missed beyond words, but her legacy of love, strength, and caring will continue to shine in the hearts of her family and all who knew her.
