Corine B. Rollman

Corine B. Rollman, devoted wife, Grammy, and Great-Grammy, passed away peacefully at home at the age of 96.

She was predeceased by her son, Robert W. Rollman, Jr., and by her beloved husband, Lt. Colonel Robert W. Rollman, Sr.

Born in Strausstown, she was the daughter of the late Ralph W. and Beulah A. (Strauss) Berger.

Corine was a 1946 graduate of Hamburg High School. Education and stimulating the mind were always important to her. In 1977, Corine returned to school and earned her bachelor's and master's degrees from Albright College.

Corine was an accomplished pianist. At the age of 20, she was invited to play for the New York Symphony.

She married her husband, Robert W. Rollman, in 1950. They traveled the world together during his 22 years of service in the U.S. Air Force. Throughout her life, she lived in many places, from Germany to Libya.

Corine worked for many years as an accountant for Talbott Givenchy Knitting Mill, as well as the Chief Financial Officer of a family-owned scrap metal recycling center.

She was a member of St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Hamburg, where she served as a Sunday School teacher, Church Council Treasurer, and choir member.

Corine was also active with the Hamburg Public Library, where she served as historian and treasurer. In 2012, she was named Trustee of the Year by the Berks County Public Library System. One of her proudest accomplishments was working with the Board of Trustees to bring in a Children's Librarian.

She was a member of the Hamburg Senior Citizens, where she served as President, and also a member of the Shartlesville Senior Citizens, where she often played the piano.

Corine is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Rollman Mack, wife of Dennis H. Mack, of Matthews, NC.

She was blessed with three grandchildren: Tiffany (Moyer) Moceri, wife of Andrew Moceri, of Huntersville, NC; Brittany (Mack) Bright, wife of Eric Bright, of Indian Trail, NC; and Dennis R. Mack, partner of Katherine Medina, of Clayton, NC.

Corine had five great-grandchildren: Oliver James Moceri, Quinn Joseph Moceri, Arie Alan Moceri, Logan Alexander Bright, and Bennett James Bright.

A celebration of Corine's life will be held on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at 1:30 pm at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 99 Church Street, Hamburg.
