Corinthian Jawaun "Cj" Gooden

Corinthian Jawaun Gooden, affectionately known as "CJ," was born on May 28, 2009, to Antonio and Khirea Gooden Webster in Shreveport, Louisiana. He attended Live Oak Ridge Middle School where he played running back on the football team. He also played point guard for the basketball team where he earned most valuable player and offensive player of the year. He currently attended Temple High School in Temple, Texas, and was a member of Liberty Christian Center Church in Killeen, Texas. Corinthian was full of life, light, and laughter. He was incredibly photogenic and loved being in front of the camera. Fashion was one of his passions-he always had an eye for style and loved expressing himself through his look. He also enjoyed basketball, playing his PlayStation 5, rapping, and eating-especially his mom's fried chicken, his absolute favorite. When he wasn't spending time with his brother, Joshua, you could find him with his girlfriend, Za'Niyah, or hanging out with his best friend, Covari. The two were inseparable and affectionately known as "Beetlebug and Junebug." Corinthian was preceded in death by his grandmother, Gwendolyn Molden, and great-grandfather, Johnnie Davenport.

He is also survived by a host of cousins, other relatives, and friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
