Our beloved, Cristina del Mundo, passed away in the early morning hours of December 28th, 2020 in Burlingame, California. She was 50 years old.



Tina was born on March 3rd, 1970 in Marikina, Philippines to the late Leogildo del Mundo and Cresencia Obana Teeley. Tina was the second of four children.



Tina immigrated to the United States in San Mateo, California in 1984 with her brothers and sister where she went to Aragon High School graduating with honors. She later received her A.A. Degree in Community College of San Mateo. In 1993, Tina met and fell in love with Virgilio Cruz. They were married in Holy Family Parish Church in the Philippines in front of her family and friends. Together, they were married for 24 years. Tina had one son, Sean Lewis Cruz.



She was loved and touched so many lives while working at Century 21 for 20 years. Tina lived a very simple life. She enjoyed spending time with her husband and son on the weekends watching movies and dining out. She was also an avid fan of her favorite team, the Golden State Warriors. She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt. She will be missed dearly by all who have been touched by her beautiful infectious smile.



Tina is survived by her husband Virgilio Cruz, and their son, Sean Lewis Cruz, her mother Cresencia Obana Teeley, sister Loraine Monje, brother Richard del Mundo and niece, Julia del Mundo, brother, Raymond del Mundo, sister-in-law, Kristina Gavino-del Mundo, niece, Mia del Mundo and nephew, Kaleb del Mundo. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, friends, and Century 21 co-workers.



Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the burial will be limited to immediate family and friends. There will be a viewing on Sunday, January 10th from 1 PM to 6 PM. She will be laid to rest on Monday January 11th at Cypress Lawn – 1651 Hillside Blvd. Colma, CA.
