Born November 1, 1985 in Fayetteville, NC, Crystal is the daughter of the late Patrick Michael O'Brien and Pamela Sue Lockamy O'Brien. Along with her parents, she is also preceded in death by her grandmother, Lucy Irene Hazeltine; and grandmother, Janette Cohen.
She is survived by her daughter, Sarah Irene Odom; son, Dylan Michael O'Brien; sister, Melissa Dees and husband Danny; sister, Tiffany Woods; brother, Paul Michael O'Brien; sister, Marlo Huerta and husband Sammy; nephews, Joshua and James Dees; several cousins; and a host of other family members and friends.
Crystal was a loving mother, sister, aunt, cousin, and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
