Crystal Rodriguez, 42, Faucett, Missouri, left this life Sunday, March 9, 2025.
She was born September 15, 1982 in St. Joseph, Missouri to Robert "Bob" and Kimberly (Baker) Nicholson. Crystal grew up in St. Joseph and graduated from Baptist Temple School.
She then earned an associate's degree at Heartland Baptist Bible College in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, where she met Andrew Rodriguez. The couple were united in marriage on June 5, 2004.
After Andrew finished his degree, the couple moved to Colorado Springs, Colorado, to minister at a church there. They returned to the St. Joseph area in 2016, where Crystal served alongside Andrew on the staff at Riverside Baptist Church for the last seven years. She loved serving the Lord through the church youth group.
Crystal absolutely loved being a mom and homeschooling her children. She also enjoyed playing the piano at home and at church, and was a huge fan of Highland cattle.
She was the bright star of the family, leaving a legacy of love, faith, strength, and precious memories for her family to cherish.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Milton and Geraldine Baker, and Robert and Leatha Nicholson.
Survivors include her husband of nearly 21 years, Andrew; children, Emilie, Lydia, Isabella, Micah, and Levi Rodriguez; parents, Bob and Kim Nicholson; brother, Chuck Nicholson (Amy); in-laws, Patrick and Nora Rodriguez; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1:00 P.M. Friday, Riverside Baptist Church. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service. The family suggests memorial contributions to Riverside Baptist Church Youth Group. Online guest book and obituary at www.meierhoffer.com.
