They joined St. Boniface Parish. Throughout his adult life, Curt was involved in numerous organizations. Some included the St. Ben's Bingo Committee, St. Vincent de Paul Food Pantry, the Men's Club at St. Ben's, the Haiti Mission Club, and the Mater Dei/ Memorial Big Bingo to mention a few.
