Cynthia Lynne (Fenner) Craig, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother ("CC"), won her battle with cancer and was called home on Friday, September 26, 2025, at age 65. Born on July 25, 1960, Cindy lived a life marked by unwavering love for her family, steadfast dedication to her friends and church, and an incredible spirit of generosity and hospitality that touched countless lives.

Cindy was born in Abilene, Texas, to Edward and Sharon Fenner. An Air Force family, they moved around the country living in North Dakota, Florida, and Ohio before returning to Abilene where Cindy graduated from Abilene High School. After one semester at the University of North Texas, she decided to transfer to Abilene Christian University, where she majored in business and involved herself in many activities including serving as the vice president of her sorority. At ACU, she reconnected with her best friend and husband of 41 years, Jeff Craig. After graduating from ACU in 1982, she moved to Arlington to work for Lone Star Gas, and she married Jeff in 1984. They raised two incredible children, Bree and Cameron, and Cindy later served in various roles in Arlington ISD until she retired in June 2025. Cindy was an active and devoted member of the North Davis Church of Christ for 43 years, and her commitment to faith was evident in every aspect of her life.

Cindy's generosity was remarkable, and she possessed a kind and compassionate heart, always eager to support those in need, through a comforting word, a thoughtful gesture, or an act of service. Her spirit of giving knew no bounds, and she was known for going above and beyond to bless the lives of others.

Cindy's greatest joy was her family. She nurtured deep and loving relationships with her husband, children, Bree (Will) Beasley and Cameron (Megan) Craig, and grandson, Brooks Beasley. Her home was warm, filled with laughter and unconditional love, where everyone felt welcome. She is survived by husband, Jeff; Bree, Will, and Brooks Beasley; Cameron and Megan Craig; her parents, Ed and Sharon Fenner; her mother-in-law, Wanda Craig; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Letha Fenner; sister-in-law Julie Fenner and 11 nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Earl and Helen Fenner and H.T. and Sealy Cross, her brother, David Fenner, and father-in-law, Byron Craig.

A memorial service celebrating Cindy's life will be held at North Davis Church of Christ on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 2 p.m., with Greg Pirtle presiding. Following the celebration of life, family will receive friends at a reception in the Gathering. Cindy always loved vibrant colors, please join her family in celebrating her life by wearing colorful attire to celebrate her warmth, joy, and generosity.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in her name be made to one of the organizations that Cindy served regularly, the Arlington Life Shelter or Hearts and Hands Ministry.

Cindy's warmth, kindness, and loving spirit will be profoundly missed by her family and friends, but we're grateful to know she's at home with her Lord and Savior.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
