Cynthia Kay Irwin, 60, of Weirton, WV passed away on October 2, 2025 at Valley Hospice Care Center North. She was born on August 5, 1965 to the late Frank William and Joan (Mull) Irwin and also her late brother Frank William Irwin Jr. Cynthia was a Dispatcher for TierOne relocation services part of the network development team for relocating soldiers personal property and she loved working outside especially on days when she was with her grandchildren.
She leaves behind two sons Danny Cook Jr. of Follansbee, and Shaun Irwin of Weirton, four grandchildren Emma and Gracie Cook, and Wyatt and Hazel Irwin. Also her loving Mabel, her pet Raccoon.
There will be no services at this time and burial will be at the convenience of the family. Schuetz Funeral Home is assisting the family.
