Cynthia Rae “Cindi” (Cusey) Kronbeck, 68, of Hawley, MN, passed away on Saturday, July 20, 2024, in her home in Hawley, MN, under the care of Ethos Hospice, surrounded by her loving family.
Cindi was born on July 8, 1956, to Edwin Cusey and Irene (Willette) Baumer, in Moorhead, MN. She grew up in the Fargo/Moorhead area where she attended schools. She worked at Mary’s Cleaning Service until her disability with scoliosis inhibited her from working.
Cindi enjoyed doing home repairs, crafts, and refurbishing old furniture. She loved camping, spending time at the lake, the occasional motorcycle ride, and spending time with her family and friends.
Cindi is survived by her husband, Tylan Kronbeck; children, Jesse Cusey, Shaun Pollack, September Kronbeck, Tara Olheiser, James Taxis, and Jonas Taxis; ten grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; siblings, Edwin (Connie) Cusey, Marvin (Shelley) Cusey, Vern (Lynn) Cusey, Terry Cusey, Mona (Harlan) Thorstenson, and Kim (Vicki) Cusey; step-sister, Sharon (Lowell) Gebhardt; and many other loving relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Edwin and Irene; and sister, Connie Bjonfald.
A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, August 23, 2024, from noon to 2:00 P.M. with a time of sharing beginning at 1:30 P.M., at Wright Funeral Home, Hawley, MN.
