Cynthia Regan Obituary
Cynthia Marie Regan, of Saint Charles, MO, passed away Sunday, November 2, 2025, at the age of 61. Beloved partner of Greg Maddox; cherished daughter of the late Catherine and Francis "Elwood" Regan Jr.; loving stepmother of Terri (Katie) Maddox and Alicia (Eric) Vahle; dear sister of Francis "Elwood" Regan III, James "Pat" Regan, Michael (Angela) Regan, Ellen (Ruben) Aramburu, Stephen (Nikki White) Regan, and Daniel (Ryan DeGolia) Regan; treasured aunt of Holli (Alex) Baez, Brooklyn Regan, Bryston Regan, Brian Regan, Timothy (Jessica) Regan, and Rachel Regan; step grandmother of Hailiey and Hope; beloved niece, cousin, and friend.
Cindy was Greg’s devoted partner for 30 wonderful years. Together, they enjoyed attending Blues hockey games, Cardinals baseball games, and concerts. She loved gardening, listening to Christian music, spending time with children, especially her nieces and nephews, and she loved her dogs, Abby and Lucy. Cindy had a playful spirit and a great sense of humor. She worked hard to overcome her disability and never let it hold her back, always giving 100% to any task she took on. Cindy was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Memorials may be made in Cindy's name to United Cerebral Palsy.
