In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son Dustin Stelzer, grandson Kyle Pax, brother Arthur Stelzer, and brother-in-law Ralph Broeker.
Cy retired from Mersman Furniture after working there from 1964-1995. He was a member of the Mercer County Sportsman association and the Celina Immaculate Conception Catholic Church. He enjoyed target shooting and trap shooting.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Monday, November 17, 2025 at the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, with Fr. Rob Muhlenkamp officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Marys Catholic Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 2:00 P.M. - 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, November 16, 2025 at the Lehman Dzendzel Funeral Home and an hour before services on Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Mercer County Sportsman Association and the Immaculate Conception Endowment Fund. Condolences may be shared with the Stelzer family online at LehmanDzendzelFH.com.
