Dale Lee Golter, aged 78, passed away on August 4, 2024.

He was born on February 12, 1946, in San Diego, California, to the late Harold and Ruby Golter.

Dale is survived by his beloved wife of 40 years, Phyllis, and their four children: Dale (Sanjuanita) Golter Jr., Darryl (Amy) Golter, Theresa Miracle, and Joe Schneider. He was a devoted grandfather to Kristian (Andrew) Nitsch, Kyle Golter, Devan (Jacob) Tovar, Kari-Tate (Jonathon) Schilling, Graysen Golter, and Terry Nicklas, and a loving great-grandfather to Peyton Nicklas, Charlie Tovar, and Callum Tovar. Dale is also survived by his sister, Pam Strange. He was preceded in death by his brother, Wayne Golter.

Dale dedicated his life to Christ and was a faithful servant at the First Church of God in South Lebanon. He enjoyed fellowship, helping others, and volunteering on various projects at the church. Camp Lebanon held a special place in his heart, where he frequently visited and devoted his time to assisting with anything needed.

Dale proudly served in the Army during the Vietnam War from 1967 to 1973, where he was awarded the Purple Heart, the Air Medal, and the Bronze Star for his bravery and selflessness. After his military service, he dedicated 36 years to Procter & Gamble, where he built many meaningful relationships through his servant leadership. Even after retiring, he continued to volunteer at annual employee events.

Dale loved reading his Bible and praying for others. He frequently traveled to Texas to visit family and participate in his grandchildren's events. He always maintained a hopeful outlook on life. Dale leaves behind a legacy cherished by his family, cousins, nieces, nephews, and many friends. He was truly a blessing to those who knew him.

Dales favorite scripture was: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11
