Dale Roger Rebert, 83, of Thomasville, PA passed away on July 4, 2025 at their home surrounded by family. He was born October 13, 1941 in Hanover, PA to the late Lavere and Arlean (Feeser) Rebert.

Dale, and his wife Carole (Russell) Rebert shared 64 years of marriage together. He was an outstanding and dedicated farmer his whole life. He was also the first Triple Crown Champion in PA Plowing Contest history and participated in several national competitions. Dale was also a truck driver for several local trucking companies. He was a longtime member of Hanover Evangelical Christian Church. He competed as a drag racer at the York U.S. 30 Dragway and Quarter Aces at South Mountain Dragway. He was a long-time member of the NRA. Dale was often found supporting his children and grandchildren in their athletic events.

He is survived by his children Roger and his wife Sharon of Hanover, Jackie Stevens and her husband Scott of Dallastown, Jennifer Baney and her husband Brian of Hanover and daughter- in-law Sylvia (Shearer) Rebert. He was Pappy to ten grandchildren: Veronica, Kiera, Luke, Colton, Kaeana, Ethan, Jordyn, Emma, Shea and Ellie. He also leaves behind nine great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Dale was preceded in death by his son Randy Rebert, his sister Estella Zartman, and his brother Gerald Rebert.

A Funeral Service in celebration of Dale's life will be held on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Wetzel Funeral Home & Crematory at 549 Carlisle St., Hanover, PA 17331 with Rev. Ethan Levengood officiating. Dale will be laid to rest following the service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hanover. Viewings will be held on Thursday, July 10, 2025 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm and on Friday, July 11, 2025 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am both at the funeral home.
