Dale Glen Smith II who was born October 8, 1978, to Dale and Sherri Smith, passed away on November 17, 2024.
To know Glen was like a surprise waiting to be revealed; you never knew what to expect. He was a man of his own accord living a life that suited him. He was the life of the party when prompted, a friend when needed, a storyteller when provoked, and a man who always had a comment (for everything).
Glen had many hobbies he tried his hand at including – trap shooting, golf, racing, hunting, paracord braiding, softball, cooking, fishing and of course his career in welding. He worked as a welder for several companies in and around Casper after graduating from Kelly Walsh in 1997 for 20 years.
Throughout his hobbies, career and living in one place all his life, Glen made several friends who are without a doubt left with a “Glen memory” suited to their encounters. Please continue to share those stories keeping his spirit alive.
Glen is survived by his children Tanner & Lauren, his parents Dale & Sherri, his sister Dalene (Glenn), a niece Paige (Sam), several aunts, uncles & cousins, and one fur baby Layla.
A Celebration of life will be held in the Summer of 2025. Please make donations to the Casper Humane Society.
