Dale was preceded in death by his parents – Harpel and Irene (Sinn) Triefenbach and by his sister and brother – Sharon Price and Merle "Fat Kat" Triefenbach.
Surviving him are his wife – the former Janet L. Clendenny, whom he married on May 13, 1967, three children – Dale "Rob" Triefenbach of Pelahatchie, MS, Kristina (Clay) Adam of St. Charles, MO and Traci (Joel) Colvis of Smithton, IL, seven grandchildren – Kyle, Adam, Megan, Matthew, Morgan, Ella and Alison, one gr. grandson – Rhett, and other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
Visitation: 9 – 11 a.m. on Friday April 26, 2024, at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL.
Funeral: 11 a.m. on Friday April 26, 2024, at Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL with Rev. Tarrah Vaupel officiating. Burial will follow at Darmstadt Memorial Cemetery in Darmstadt, IL.
Heil-Schuessler Funeral Home in Marissa, IL is in charge of arrangements.
