Dallas Dalton

Dallas Dalton, 82, of Stanton, KY passed away Monday, August 25, 2025 at Thomson-Hood Veterans Center in Wilmore, KY. He was born November 16, 1942 in Campton, KY to the late Letcher Dalton and the late Sybil Graham. A veteran of the United States Army, served in Germany. He was married to the late Linda Gail Stamper Dalton. He attended Eastern Kentucky University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science. He then worked until retirement for IBM. Along with his career, he enjoyed being a farmer and was an avid fisherman, golfer, & Kubota tractor fan. Suvivors include: son Charles Douglas (Belvie) Dalton; granddaughter Mackenzie Dalton; mother-in-law Rausie Stamper; and brother-in-law Kenny Stamper. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Visitation will be held at Wells Funeral Home on Thursday, August 28 beginning at 5:00PM for family & from 6:00-9:00PM for friends. Funeral services will be conducted by Bro. Brad Epperson on Friday, August 29 at Wells Funeral Home beginning at 11:00AM. Burial will follow at Stonegate Cemetery.
