Dana Claire Clemens, age 98, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at home in Phoenixville, PA with her loving caregiver and daughter Jane by her side. Born in Annapolis, MD on July 12, 1927, she was the daughter of the late John and Helen Musterman.
Dana graduated from Annapolis High school and worked for 8 years for the Maryland Department of Social Services. Friends will remember Dana for her beautiful touch in the garden, zest on the dance floor and angelic voice that could be heard day or night. Dana was a parishioner of St. Ann's Church and St. Basil's Church in Phoenixville, PA where she was a choir member for many years. But most of all, she loved sharing stories of "the good ole days" in Annapolis.
She was married for 57 years to William Andrew Clemens, Sr., who preceded her in death in January 2013. She is survived by her four daughters and son, Jeanne Hamilton and husband Peter, Jane Lintott and husband Martin, Susan Lally, Patti Seigel and husband Bill, Drew Clemens and wife Lynne, eight grandchildren, Derek, Holly and Logan Hamilton, Carlyn Gable and Kelly Lintott, Drew Lally, Alexis and Allison Seigel, four great grandchildren, Peyton Gable, Quinn Hamilton, Shea Moore and Breece Hamilton with an additional one on the way. She preceded in death by her three siblings, Jack Musterman, Robert Musterman, and Helen "Betty" Harrison.
Friends may call at Campbell-Ennis-Klotzbach Funeral Home Inc., 610 Main St. Phoenixville PA 19460, where a service will be held on Tuesday, October 21 at 11 am. Arrangements are being handled by the Campbell - Ennis - Klotzbach Funeral Home, Inc. Condolences may be offered online at www.PhoenixvilleFuneralHome.com.
