She attended Keystone first to third grade then moved to Mannford and graduated in 1990.
She attended OSU in Stillwater receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in 1997. Then in 2011 she received her Master Degree.
She married Jason Shive in 1993 and they had a daughter, Felicia Renee Shive on March 10, 1993. They were divorced in 1994. She was engaged to Jason Wall and they had a daughter, Denice Laine Simpson on March 14, 1999. Jason passed away on Feb 13, 1999. She married Vernon Derruisseaux 2001, although she and he, had been living separately for many years.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Floyd Simpson and Lois Ferguson. Maternal grandparents Bennie Reel and Vuralen Reel-Mays, and fianc Jason Wall.
She is survived by two daughters, Felicia Renee Moore and husband Ricky Moore, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Denice Laine Simpson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. One granddaughter, Chloe Renee Moore and two grandsons, Wesley Isaac Moore and Camden Joe Martin Simpson, to be born in late Dec. to Denice Simpson of Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Parents, Don and Paula Simpson of Tulsa, Oklahoma. Connie and Billy Smith of Jennings, Oklahoma. Two sisters, Gena Floyd and husband Devin Floyd of Mannford, Oklahoma and Belva McDaniel and husband Justin McDaniel of Mannford, Oklahoma. She has several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, many cousins and a host of friends.
She left us on August 4th, 2022 while living and working in Santa Ana, Calif.
