She was born in Winchester on April 10, 1974, to Clyde Perry Michael and Anne Warner Ambrose. Dana attended James Wood High School before studying Business Administration at Laurel Ridge Community College.
Dana was preceded in death by her father Clyde Michael. She is survived by her mother Anne Ambrose (Robert W. Ambrose Jr.), son Jared Kwolek (Sara), grandchildren Rose and Sage Kwolek, sisters; Ami Michael, Staci Wenk, and Debra Cartwright, brothers; Matthew Michael and Clyde "Perry" Michael Jr.
A private service and burial will be held for the immediate family.
