Dana Arlene Stafford, 66, of Denison, Texas, passed away on January 13, 2025. After a six month long battle with Stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer.
Dana was born on November 25, 1958, to Glendon and Charlene McGehee in Dallas, Texas. She graduated from Pottsboro High School in 1977. Her career started early on in the medical field. Working for companies such as Pharmacy Corporation of America aka PharMerica in Garland/Grapevine and then Guardian Hospice of Denison for the past 15 years. Her favorite activity was working in her garden and taking care of her yard. She loved spending as much time as possible with her family and friends. Later in life she enjoyed vacationing with her daughter's family, grandchildren and great grandchildren going on adventures as much as possible. She was always up for making as many memories as possible with the people she loved.
Dana is survived by Daughters Trishia Stafford and husband Matt of Melissa and Paige Stafford of Denison; Grandchildren Madison Burnett and husband Austin, Mason Perkins, Maddox Stafford and Dax Stafford; Great Grandchildren Rainey and River Burnett; Sisters Kay Ramsey and Carla McGehee and many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her loving husband Stevie Stafford and her parents, and her oldest sister Paula Bryant.
Dana's legacy in life will be cherished by all who knew her.
Celebration of Life Service will be posted by family at a later date on social media.
