Dana Timbs, born on September 7, 1965, went to be with the Lord on July 31, 2025 at the age of 59.
Dana was a Lake Hamilton graduate, and later made a career as a Rural Carrier for USPS. She married her husband, Tony Timbs, on December 13, 2014.
Dana is preceded in death by her parents, Allen Young and Marie Timbs; her brother, Terry Young; her step-father, Cecil Timbs; and her grandfather, Henry Frazier.
Dana is survived by her loving husband, Tony Timbs; her son, Cody Harris; her sister, Tish Tucker and her husband, Todd Tucker; her brothers, Eddie and Jerry Young; her grandson, Kyler Harris; her step-mom, Carol Young; and a host of extended family and friends who cherished her deeply.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 5, 2025 beginning at 10:00 AM at Smith Family Funeral Home in Hot Springs with a funeral service immediately to follow at 11:00 AM.
Burial will be at Crestview Memorial Park Cemetery.
Pallbearers will include Kelly Timbs, Todd Tucker, Jerry Young, Eddie Young, Keith Kimery, and Brenden Rice.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Garland County Humane Society.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Gentiva Hospice, Mary’s Place (Mary Nemes and family), and Uealene Nelson, Margie Barret and Diane Loar.
