Daniel Lee Belarde, 45, passed away at his home in Ogden Utah, on November 23, 2011.He was born on October 16, 1966 in Salt Lake City, Utah, the son of Rudy G. and Donna Belarde. He is survived by his children; Joey and Jeffery Maness; granddaughter, Teagen, his mother, Donna Belarde his grandmother, Mary Sweeney; two sisters, Trina and Tracy Belarde, his lifetime love, Katrina Maness and a large, loving family. Daniel was preceded in death by his father, Rudy G. Belarde, his maternal grandparents; Leland and Marjorie Stephens, paternal grandfathers, Ruben G. Belarde and Griffin Sweeney. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 3, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. at Valley Camp in Eden, Utah. In lieu of flowers, please make contributions to American First Credit Union in Dan’s name. Cremation under the direction of Leavitt’s Mortuary. Online condolences may be sent to the family at www.leavittsmortuary.com
