Daniel Bolla Obituary
Daniel enjoyed a long and successful career as a mechanical and industrial engineering professional, specializing in heat transfer. Outside of his career, Daniel found joy in the things he loved most: skiing on crisp winter days, playing competitive and friendly games of bridge, and spending time with his beautiful wife and daughter. He was also a dedicated lifelong New York Mets fan, cheering them on through every season and even seeing them play at the Polo Grounds. He was an active and engaged member of the Community Church in Harrington Park, where he formed lasting friendships and contributed to the life of the congregation.
Daniel is survived by his devoted wife, Ada Bolla; his beloved daughter, Emma Hoelke, and her husband, William Hoelke; his brother-in-law, George Sheehy; loving cousins Ronald and Elaine Kapusta and Richard and Linda Grosiak, as well as their son, Richard Jr. He will also be deeply missed by his lifelong friend and bridge partner, Gordon Smith. His memory will be cherished by all who knew him for his warmth, intelligence, gentle humor, and unwavering love for his family.
