Mr. Daniel Adelbert Deuel

Mr. Daniel A. Deuel age 70 passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2023 at Phoebe Sumter Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 5, 2023 at Andersonville National Cemetery. Father Donald Hutchens will officiate the service. The family will receive friends Thursday, May 4th at Aldridge Funeral & Cremation Services from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
Daniel Adelbert Deuel was born May 15, 1952 in Norwich, New York. He was the son of the late Donald Adelbert Deuel and the late Ester Iva Nightengale Deuel. Mr. Deuel was a retired Truck Driver and Auto Mechanic. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam conflict. Daniel had a great love for his country. He loved children and investing his time teaching Sunday School and participating in youth groups. He was a member of St John's Anglican Church in Americus.
Survivors include his wife Denise Grimsley Deuel of Americus. His brother Duane Deuel of Sarasota, FL, a sister-in-law, Kim Whitt and Tim of Ellaville and a nephew Ryan Cromer and wife Jordan. He is also survived by his father and mother-in-law, Floyd Grimsley and Joyce of Ellaville.
In addition to his parents, Daniel was preceded in death by his first wife, Alicia Deuel and a daughter, Brianna Deuel.
