Daniel Grindle Obituary

Upon completion of high school, he joined the U.S. Army for 3 years. During his service to his country during the Korean War, he became a Prisoner of War (POW), He did not like to talk about his time in POW Camp except that he did not like rice. His courageous battle to survive went a long way in helping him have the strength to accomplish many things during his life.
The many relationships he had with both family and friends was very important to him. His enduring love for all of them was felt by all.
Daniel was preceded in death by both parents, his first wife Leela Grindle, and second wife Bonnie Grindle. He is survived by his loving sister Gina (husband Dan Faris), stepson John Barnwell (wife Michelle), grandson Daniel Barnwell, nieces, nephews, and a host of good friends.
