Daniel Lee Herrick (Dan) of Lansing, MI went to be with his Lord on June 3, 2025. Dan was born in Flint, MI on May 9, 1951, to the late Bernard "Dale" and Irma (Liex) Herrick. He grew up on Stewart Ave. in Flint and attended St. Agnes graduating in 1969.
Dan was a mechanic and carpenter. He had "The Auto Shop" in several different locations in and around Flint and Mt. Morris. In his early years some of Dans favorite past times included playing the guitar and bowling.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Robert Herrick, and nephew, Todd Gillam.
He is survived by his daughter, Rachel (Brian) Muron, son, Bryce (Amanda) Herrick, Siblings, Tomothy (Ellyn) Herrick, Sue (Jack) Feley, John Herrick, sister-in-law, Marie Herrick; grandchildren, Brooke (Chris) Forystek, Bryce (Kaelee) Watts, Benjamin (Val) Muron, Emma Muron, Rylee Herrick; great grandson, Cooper Forystek; along with many nieces and nephews, cousins, Jeri, Rick, and Randy Perkins, and best friend Mary.
