Daniel Francis Jaeger

His Legacy Daniel Francis Jaeger, age 64, peacefully passed away at home November 13, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was born on January 19, 1957, in Detroit, MI to William and Marietta (Coy) Jaeger. Dan married the love of his life, Anna Willson, on October 1, 1976, in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He proudly served his country in the US Army. He was raised in and raised his children in Farmington Hills, MI. Dan enjoyed gardening, playing golf, listening to music, completing crossword puzzles, and solving word jumbles. Dan liked to watch the Detroit Lions and Michigan State games with his sons. Most of all, he loved spending time with his family camping, and time with friends playing cards and board games. Dan took great pride in his family and attended all of his children's extracurricular activities. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
His Family Dan leaves behind his loving wife of 45 years, Anna; children, Derek, Charles, Suzette (Justin) Groh; grandchildren, Arrianna, Mia, Ella, and Alexander. He is also survived by his mother, Marietta; mother-in-law, Lorraine; siblings, Heidi, Frank; sisters-in-law, Linette, Lisa, Charleen (Gary) Laundroche; and many nieces, nephews, great niece, and great nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, Bill; father-in-law, Charles; siblings, Joe and Susan; and sibling-in-law, John.
His Farewell Dan's family and friends will gather on Tuesday, November 16, 2021 from 2-8PM at Borek Jennings Funeral Home, Lamb Chapel in Howell, MI. His Community Farewell will be held on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 11AM with a gathering beginning at 10AM until the time of service. Memorial contributions are suggested to the Howell Nature Center where he loved to spend time with his grandchildren.
