Sutherland, Warren
Whitmore Lake, MI
His Legacy Warren Burr Sutherland, 69, passed away August 16th 2025. He was born on August 8th 1956, in Pontiac, MI to Lee Sutherland and Josephine (Hummel) Sutherland. Warren married his love, Deborah (Brewer) Coyle, on February 14, 2001, in Manistee, Michigan. Warren will be remembered as a hardworking man with a sharp sense of humor, often lightening the mood with his fondness for dark, witty jokes. He had a warm, memorable smile and cherished the time he spent riding bikes with his beloved grandson, Jayce. Known to many as the go-to handyman, Warren was always ready to lend a helping hand. He also had a soft spot for his two Shih Tzus, who brought him great joy. Warren had a curious mind and loved to share his thoughts on the mysteries of the universe - especially his theories about aliens. He enjoyed life's simple pleasures: chocolate, movie nights, weekend barbecues, and cruising around on his trike.
His Family Warren will be missed by his children, Danele (Darren) Sutherland-Elliot-Richardson, Lee (Jill) Sutherland, Sarah (Cory Offord) Kurth, Arthur Sutherland, Jordan Sutherland; sibling, Gavin Sutherland; grandchildren, Lauren Sutherland, Paige Sutherland, Jayce Sutherland, Ellianna Sutherland, Raiden Emmett James, Juliet Offord, Luna Offord, and Aidan Offord. Warren is preceded in death by his wife Deborah.
His Farewell Warren's family and friends will gather privately at a date to be determined. Please leave a message of comfort for Warren's family at 1-877-231-7900, or sign his guestbook at www.borekjennings.com.
