Daniel S. Lehosky, age 98 of Herminie, passed away on September 15, 2025 at WeCare Murrysville. He was born on July 31, 1927 in Claridge, a son of the late Paul and Julia Ellinger Lehosky. Daniel was baptized as one of Jehovah's Witnesses in 1972, and he attended the Trafford Congregation. He was also a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a draftsman for Bethlehem Steel. Daniel was known to be very meticulous. In his free time, he loved international travel and cruising. He always looked forward to eating a home-cooked meal prepared by his wife Lyllian. He enjoyed sitting on his back porch with his "tonic" while admiring a country view. Daniel always cherished the time spent with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 64 years, Lyllian Defalco Lehosky in 2012, three brothers, Franklin, John, and Paul, two sisters, Julie and Mary, and his beloved dog, Louey. He is survived by three sons, Daniel Lehosky, Steven Lehosky, and Dean Lehosky (wife Beth), two daughters, Danielle Domasky (husband Frank), and Lori Kuzia (husband Chris), grandchildren, Nathan Durka, Daniel Lehosky Jr. (wife Leah), Miranda Ohl (husband Lucas), Corey Lehosky (wife Nikki), Russell Lehosky (wife Chelsea), Kyle Lehosky, Katelyn Lehosky, and Jillian Lehosky, and great-grandchildren Emily, Jared, Connor, Russell, Riley, and Oliver. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, on Sunday from 1 to 2:30 PM. A service will take place in the funeral home chapel at 2:30. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given in Daniel's name to a charity of your choice. The Lehosky family would like to extend a special thank-you to Grane Hospice and Home Instead Home Care Services for their dedicated care of Daniel. www.shirleyfuneralhome.com
