He was born on March 14, 1959 to Patricia Mae Monson.
Dan leaves his son Dorian, whom he loved more than life itself.
"Farewell Father, our everlasting love knows no bounds."
Dan developed Interstitial Lung Disease and shall be remembered for his pivotal role in advancing the field of lung transplantation research as a successful double lung transplant recipient.
