Daniel J. Reinhart

Reinhart, Daniel J. "Dan" – of Clio, age 66, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 30, 2022, at his residence. Honoring his wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral services will be held at 6PM on Friday, December 9, 2022, at the O'Guinn Family Funeral Home in Montrose. Don O'Guinn will officiate. The family will receive visitors at the funeral home on Friday from 3PM until the time of service.
Dan was born October 2, 1956, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Donald and Phyllis (Pappenheimer) Reinhart. He attended Hill- McCloy High School in Montrose, graduating with the class of 1974. Dan married the love of his life, Luanne Denton on February 12, 1983. He worked for Ford Motors of Dearborn for 26 years as a scale and measures technician. He served in the United States Air Force from 1974 to 1980. Dan enjoyed camping, spending time outdoors, jeeps, riding his motorcycle, tinkering in his garage, and helping numerous friends and family. He loved his fur babies and could often be found walking with them in the park. Dan enjoyed traveling with Luanne especially if the trip was to Mexico. Mostly he loved his grandchildren and his family, they were his world. He was an amazing husband, father and papa who will be dearly missed.
Surviving are: Wife of 39 years, Luanne Reinhart; Daughters: Becky (Tony) Brooks, and Stephanie (Lenny Banks) Reinhart; Grandchildren: Elizabeth and Luke; Brothers: Gary Reinhart, Don (Jan) Reinhart, Dennis (Carla) Reinhart; Sisters: Karen (Charles) Eickholt, and Cindy (Russ) Wenzlick; Several nieces and nephews; Godson, Jacob Wenzlick; Fur babies: Jaxson, and Brody.
