Daniel Will White

Daniel Will White age 54, of Flower Mound went into the arms of Jesus on February 14th. Daniel White was the owner of the Lewisville Pawn Shop. Daniel White began working at the pawn shop at age sixteen, and has been a fixture of the Lewisville community ever since.
Daniel was born in Peru on February 22, 1968. His early childhood was in Wisconsin and Minnesota before moving to Texas as a teenager. Daniel is a graduate of Lewisville High School. At LHS he met his wife Yolanda (Gonzales) they have been soul-mates for forty years.
Daniel enjoyed hunting, fishing, video games, and rock concerts. Daniel was a die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan and Texas Rangers fan. Daniel was an avid reader and a master puzzler assembling puzzles up to 20K pieces. Daniel had a discerning whisky palate, and a love of Coke and Queso. Daniel, was a member of Flower Mound Community Church and was a lead elder off and on for 6 years. Daniel grew up in his grandfather's footsteps of faith, Daniel loved Jesus. Daniel was a compassionate and generous person.
Daniel is survived by his wife Yolanda, his mother Sharron, his sister Faith, other sisters in Minnesota: Naomi, Nola, Nayda, Nina, and their mother Soledad. Daniel is also survived by his father-in-law Joe Gonzales, his mother in law Maria Gonzales, and Yolanda's siblings, Jo Ann, Joey, John.
Daniel had a heart for Veterans suffering from PTSD and any fallen officer of the law. As such, the family requests that donations go to Wounded Warrior Project and Texas Fallen Officers Foundation in lieu of flowers.
Daniel will be greatly missed. His celebration of life service will be March 11th at 11:00 am at Flower Mound Community Church.
