Danielle Marie Grace, born on October 27, 1982 in Fort Myers, Florida, departed this world unexpectedly at her home on July 18, 2025, in Taylor, Michigan. Her absence leaves a profound void in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Throughout her life, Danielle’s spirit shone brightly through the love she poured into her role as a caregiver. She devoted herself to caring for others, often putting their needs alongside or above her own. Danielle had a special way of making everyone feel cherished and valued, a reflection of her adoring nature. Her warm smile and compassionate heart became her greatest legacy, comforting countless individuals in their time of need.
Danielle shared nearly 21 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Jamie Grace. They built a life together filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories, always finding joy in the simplest moments they spent side-by-side. As a devoted wife, she treasured every minute shared with him and created a family brimming with love.
Together, Danielle and Jamie welcomed two wonderful children into the world, Christian and Jocelyn. As a mother, she was fiercely supportive and endlessly loving, nurturing her children with all the care and affection one could offer. Her children were her pride and joy, and she poured every ounce of her heart into raising them.
Danielle was also a cherished daughter to Darlyne and Patrick Kukla, a loving sister to Kaitlyn (Erik), and a devoted granddaughter to her beloved grandparents, James and Nancy Rice, as well as Denise Proch. She is also survived by her aunts Deborah Drook and Jennifer Schirmer, her uncle James Rice, her father-in-law Gerald Grace, and her sweet niece Ava Rose. The bonds within her family were strong, and she honored them deeply, often creating opportunities for laughter and connection.
In her quieter moments, Danielle enjoyed escaping “Up North” with Jamie, where the tranquility of nature offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling world. Those cherished trips provided her with joyful memories which she held close to her heart.
Danielle’s memory will be celebrated with a memorial gathering on Saturday, July 26, 2025 from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the memorial service beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Trenton Chapel of The Martenson Family of Funeral Homes located at 3200 West Road, 48183.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and dedication – a true testament to a life well-lived. Though she may have departed from this world too soon, her spirit will forever resonate in the hearts of her family, friends, and all those she touched with her compassionate soul.
