Danny Ramirez Sr. Sr.

It is with profound sorrow that we announce the unexpected passing of Danny Ramirez Sr., beloved father, son, brother, and friend, who departed this life peacefully in his sleep on June 10, 2025, at the age of 53.

Born on September 30, 1971, in Manhattan, New York, Danny was the firstborn son of Catherine Costantino and Daniel Santiago Ramirez Lopez. Danny was deeply loved by his mother, who remained a steady source of warmth and support throughout his life. Now, he is reunited with her in eternal peace - a comforting thought to those who knew how much she meant to him.

Danny is lovingly survived by his children: Danny Ramirez Jr. (24) and Julissa Celestia Ramirez (23) - each a reflection of his strength, kindness, pride, and unwavering devotion as a father. His greatest joy was found in being present for his children, encouraging their dreams, offering his wisdom, and showing up with a full heart in both big and small moments. Danny is lived on through them and those to come.

Those who knew Danny will remember his love of cooking, his extreme love of Café Bustelo, his Itali-Rican pride, and his ability to make others laugh even in the hardest times. Danny repped Brooklyn like it was a full-time job, and on sunny days, you could catch him riding his bike down to Coney Island with an Arizona Iced Tea like it was a sacred ritual or taking a boardwalk stroll with his family.

His sudden departure has left a deep void in the lives of those who loved him.
