Flener, Darlene J., 65, passed away, Monday, February 28, 2022. She was born in Leitchfield, Kentucky on April 30, 1956 to the late Clint and Dorothy (Burkhead) Clark. Darlene was a retired pawn clerk from Zeke's Pawn Shop. She enjoyed gardening and growing her flowers; she also enjoyed going to yard sales and "Goodwilling". But mostly she loved being a Grandma.
Besides her parents she is preceded in death by a sister, Sissy Clark; six brothers, Rowdy, Buster, Dickie, Pete, PeeWee and Jimmy Wayne Clark.
Those left to cherish her memories are her loving husband, Edward "Eddie" Flener; two daughters, Lisa Gibson (Tony), Stacy Satterly (Donnie); son, Jason Salyer; four grandchildren, Haley Flener, Katie Nalley, Tori Morris, Jordan Gibson; sister, Barbara Duke; brother, Kenneth Clark (Lisa); her grand-dogs, Scout and Ella; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorial visitation will be held Saturday, March 5, 2022 at Legacy Funeral Center-Schoppenhorst Chapel, 1832 W. Market Street from 10:00 A.M. to 2:00 P.M. with a memorial service starting immediately at 2:00 P.M.
