Darlene Frye Obituary

Darlene F. Frye, 85, of Greensburg, died Wednesday, July 2, 2025. She was born Feb. 19, 1940, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Harry and Alice Casper Frye. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Denise Verostko; a brother, Lloyd Frye; a sister, Tari Ann Johnson; and her stepfather, Paul Hodgkiss Sr. Darlene is survived by three sons: Donald (Kimberly) Musgrove, Daniel (Michele) Musgrove, and David Musgrove; a daughter, Darla Joyce; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two brothers: Ronald Frye and Paul Hodgkiss; a sister, Karen Hartman; and several nieces and nephews. Family and friends will be received from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, July 7, 2025, at BARNHART FUNERAL HOME, 505 E. Pittsburgh St., Greensburg. A funeral service will begin at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2025, in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Mt. Lebanon Cemetery, Tarrs.
