MALOY, Darlene Marie (née Rauch), age 84 of West Carrollton, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, January 29, 2025.
Darlene was an exceptionally loving wife, mother, and kind friend.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Andrew and Dorothy (née Rodehafer) Rauch, her loving husband of 57 years, Dennis Maloy, five siblings: Jean, Barbara, Donna, David & Ronnie, along with three nephews and one niece.
She is survived by her children Darren (Angie) Maloy and Vickie (Kenneth) Fleming; granddaughter Kyleigh Fleming; brothers Jack and Gary Rauch as well as many nieces and nephews.
Darlene was a 1959 graduate of Belmont High School in Dayton, Ohio. She was a long-time employee of Woody's Market in West Carrollton and of Plas-Tix in Miamisburg.
In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations may be made in Darlene's memory to the Alzheimer's Association. (Donation link below)
Doors will open for calling hours and family to receive visiting friends at 11am; Funeral Service to begin at 12pm, both will be held at Schlientz & Moore Funeral home 1632 Wayne Ave. Dayton, OH 45410 on Thursday, February 20th, 2025. Graveside Service and Burial will follow at Miami Valley Memory Gardens in Centerville, OH.
