Daryl Lawrence Stoken

Daryl Lawrence Stoken, age 66, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2026, in his sleep at home in Eaton Rapids, MI, following a battle with cancer. He was born on October 5, 1959, the son of Sandra (Snow-Scott) and Jerome "Jerry" Stoken. Following high school, Daryl served in the U. S. Army. After leaving the Army, he went on to become employed by Fisher Body in Lansing, MI. Over the years, he also worked at Meridian Magnesium and most recently at F&H Manufacturing, where he had been employed since 2017. Daryl was very strong in his faith and read the bible daily. He loved to sit and talk about his relationship with God. Daryl loved music of all kinds but leaned more towards good old rock & roll. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and could often be found near the water with a fishing pole in his hand. Daryl found serenity among nature and enjoyed every second of being outside. He loved to cook and would guarantee that he knew his way around a BBQ grill. Daryl also enjoyed scratching off lottery tickets (often winning), video games and riding his electric bike.
Daryl leaves behind his daughter, Jerrica (Jason) Fajardo; 4 grandchildren, Luke Crowley Jr., Mikayla Crowley, Micah Hill, Vincent Fajardo all of Battle Creek; mother, Sandy (Snow) Scott of Eaton Rapids; siblings, Debbie (Kenny) Dalsing of Kansas, Richard Scott, Ron Scott, Bernadine (Allen) Bibler, Rick (Angie) Scott all of Eaton Rapids, Melissa (Keith) Minaya and John Scott of Lansing, Jerome Stoken of Grant as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Jerome Lawrence Stoken; sister, Donna Sue Stoken; stepfather, Gerald Scott.
Daryl will forever be remembered in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
