Daves "Dima" Yaw Adjepong, aged 54, passed away peacefully on November 12, 2024, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Born on April 30, 1970, in Lviv, Ukraine, Dima was a beloved father, son, brother, and grandfather who brought joy and laughter to all who knew him. He was the cherished son of Nelly Dudley and the late Samuel Adjepong.
After completing a Master's Degree in Accounting, Dima found his true calling in the world of technology. He embarked on a successful career as a Software Engineer at Crayola, where he was respected for his innovative mind and problem-solving abilities. His colleagues remember him as a mentor who was always willing to lend a hand and share his knowledge.
Outside of work, Dima was a man of many passions. He had an unwavering love for music. Soccer was another of his passions. Dima also had a fascination with cars. He was also a proud member of the PRESEC alumni.
Family was everything to Dima. He was a devoted father to his children, Yolanda Adjepong of the United Kingdom, Dimitry Adjepong and Alexei Adjepong of New Jersey, and Reena Adjepong of Ghana. He instilled in them the values of hard work, kindness, and the importance of maintaining close family ties. He shared an unbreakable bond with his siblings Prince Adjepong, Lesly Adjepong, Cheryl Nartey, Nora Segbawu Adjepong, Katie Dudley and Maafia Adjepong. His grandson, Isaiah Bromwell, was the light of his life, and Dima cherished every moment they spent together.
