GROTON --- David Leon Arnold, 59, of Groton, NH passed away on Monday, February 2, 2026 at Concord Hospital. Born in Farmington, Maine on November 9, 1966, David lived most of his life in various New Hampshire towns including Littleton, Lebanon, Hillsboro, Canaan, New London, Bradford, and most recently Groton.
After working in restaurants and various construction roles early in his career, he spent over 20 years operating Arnold's Concrete. David's reputation as an extremely hard worker was well known throughout the Lake Sunapee region.
When not working, David spent time attending and volunteering for his children's numerous sports teams including coaching 3rd grade basketball, being an assistant football coach, and a dedicated member of the Kearsarge hockey family. He was also an avid Philadelphia Eagles and Boston Bruins fan.
David is survived by his children, Karina (Travis) Crockett, Tom (Shannon) Arnold, and Jakob Arnold; grandchildren, Daniel, Elaina, Jack, and Zoey; and brothers, Don (Adrianne) Dorr and Tom (Nancy) Dorr. He was preceded in death by his mother, Madeline Arnold; his brothers, Richard Dorr and Ken Arnold; and his sister, Betty Dorr.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
