David Bartram Obituary
David Glen Bartram, 65, of Wooster, passed away on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023 at LifeCare Hospital following a lengthy battle.
Dave was born on Feb. 7, 1958 in Orrville to Glen and Willadeen (Huff) Bartram and was a 1976 graduate of Rittman High School. On July 4, 1996 he married Judy Corp and she survives. He retired from Ford Motor Company having worked at the Kentucky Truck Plant for 20 years where he and Judy had resided until moving back to Wooster in 2016. He was a member of Rittman Moose and he loved sports having been a big Ohio State, Cleveland Cavs and Cleveland Browns Fan. Dave enjoyed over the years, hunting mushrooms, fishing, playing horseshoes and his dogs.
He will be greatly missed by his wife, Judy; his mother, Willadeen Bartram of Wooster; sisters, and brother-in-law, Debra and Robert Nester of Wooster and Diana and Wayde Hatten of West Salem; brother, Donald J. Bartram of Wooster; his father-in-law, Clayton Corp of Creston; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Kerry and Paula Corp of Wadsworth and nieces and nephews, Jami Pittman, Jason Nester, Brian Corp, Clayton Pratt and Eric Dodge and Brandy Dodge and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Glen Bartram in 2017 and his mother-in-law, Janice Corp in 2013.
Services will be Wednesday, Dec. 6th at 2:00 p.m. at Murray Funeral Home in Creston with Pastor Bud Olszewski officiating. Burial will be in Creston Maple Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until time of service on Wednesday. Memorial contributions may be made to LifeCare Hospice, 1900 Akron Rd., Wooster, OH 44691 who proved wonderful care for Dave.
